Through 'Milliken at K2010' we want to inform you about the latest developments in the run up to the biggest plastics event in 2010.
See you in Düsseldorf.
Thank you for visiting us during K2010

Thank you for your visit to the Milliken stand at the K 2010. It has been an inspiring show for us all.

All contact details - and more - can be accessed from the new millikenchemical.com which was launched just before the K started. It brings together a lot of useful information about Millad, Hyperform, Cleartint and various other Milliken products. The site also links to the digital conversation that we have started on clearpp.com/kblog containing a lot of application stories and research material - and more will be added over time.

K2010 comes to an end

For Milliken, the K show in 2010 was an excellent event. A good number of visitors with the right mix of familiar faces and new prospects.

K2010 opening day in Dusseldorf

The big day has finally arrived. K2010 is open and the Milliken booth is buzzing with activity. Milliken is highlighting pioneering possibilities in optical enhancement and processing improvements for packaging, automotive and technical applications, with the added bonus of energy reduction, less material consumption, and more cost-effective production. If you are in the area we would love to see you at the Milliken stand in Hall 6 (Stand A27).

Milliken’s latest clarifier-colourant combo gets the thumbs up from Thumbs Up

Leading British injection moulder, Thumbs Up (Bury), Ltd has launched a new line of food and domestic storage containers in coloured polypropylene random copolymer compounds that provide unparalleled clarity. The compounds contain Milliken’s ground-breaking Millad® NX8000 clarifying agent, used in combination with the company’s ClearTint® polymeric dyes.

Millad NX8000 improves clarity and gloss in polypropylene (PP) applications to levels comparable with “glass clear” polymers such as PET, polycarbonate and acrylics and even glass itself. It is equally applicable in products made by injection moulding, extrusion-blow moulding and injection-blow moulding.
