Hyperform® Nucleating Agents for Polypropylene and Polyethylene

Our high-speed nucleating agents (HPN-68L and HPN-20E) for polypropylene promote extremely fast crystallization, resulting in improved processing speed and productivity. Hyperform also enhances product quality through improved dimensional stability, isotropic shrinkage and physical property balance. Hyperform polypropylene applications include closures, automotive parts, lawn furniture, returnable plastics packaging and appliance parts. 

A more recent product launch, HPN-20E also has valuable benefits in polyethylene. It enhances the optical, physical, processing, barrier, and seal properties of different polyethylenes. We have already identified applications for our product in blown film, rotational molding, and extrusion blow molding.  We are continually researching and developing our product in these applications, as well as in other applications.
